In this 20-minute healing breathwork journey I will guide you through a gentle yet powerful practice designed to completely regulate your nervous system, calm the mind, and bring the body into a deeper state of safety and restoration.
Throughout the session, we will alternate the breath between the nose and mouth, using conscious rhythmic breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the part of us responsible for rest, healing and deep recovery. This practice supports emotional release, physical relaxation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
There’s no need to force anything or get it perfect. Simply allow the breath to move through you, softening the body and creating space for whatever wants to be felt, released, or healed.
This is a grounding practice you can return to anytime you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or in need of reset and reconnection.
All you need is a quiet space where you can fully relax, an open mind, and your breath.
