The Work.

I used to think the healing work meant fixing myself until I was finally good enough. That belief kept me at war with who I already was. Now my work, through breathwork, waterflow, and men's circles, is about something simpler and harder: meeting ourselves as we are, with honesty instead of judgement. This is where true change actually begins.

Breathwork

To me, breathwork is not just a technique. It is a real pathway back to yourself.

We use the conscious breath to help you meet reality, in all its shapes and forms. Fully, honestly and without armor. I believe real intimacy (with yourself, with others, with life itself) is only possible once we stop managing our experience of truth and start actually allowing it.

This work asks for integrity over performance, presence over control, and freedom that comes from within rather than from avoiding what is challenging. It is a return - a remembrance of your most powerful self.

Waterflow

In the water you cannot perform. There is nothing to hold onto, nothing to control. Just you, completely held in nature.

Water guides us to truly surrender to life. In our waterflow sessions, we naturally remember our true core, our innermost nature. Surrendered, weightless, trusting the movement of the water and my hands — the usual defenses that have been limiting you begin to dissolve. What is left is a pure, innocent sense of connection. Real, unshakable and often more honest than anything words can describe.

This is not about being soothed into numbness. It is about embodying your true inner strength.

Men’s Work

Some of the hardest moments on my own path I didn't get through alone. I had men around me I could be honest with, without being judged. They held me, and they also called me forward.

In that space I saw my limiting patterns clearly and learned how to show up more fully, in my relationships and in my life as a whole.

That is what I now want to offer you.

Pillars is a weekly online breathwork group for men. We connect, we breathe, we grow. No performing, no posturing, no BS.

Just men showing up as we are. Stress, grief, loneliness, or just a pull toward something more: bring whatever you are carrying. You are welcome as you are, wherever you are.
